Fredric J. Bendremer is an attorney who has
been practicing law for over twenty years. His primary focus is on

Mr. Bendremer holds the degrees of Juris Doctor (J.D.), Master of Laws (LL.M.) in
banking and financial Law, Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.), and Bachelor of Science (B.S.). He practiced
for years at nationally known law firms in Miami and Boston and has
taught at a top tier law school in Boston. Mr. Bendremer has published a
number of scholarly articles and has been cited and quoted by federal and
state courts and legal scholars alike. While in law school, he served as
executive editor of his law school’s law review and later graduated first
in his class in his LL.M. program.
